PhraseFlow provides a translation management platform that enables developers to:

• Store and organize translation keys
• Generate translations using AI technology
• Integrate translations into applications via SDK
• Collaborate with team members on translations

User Accounts

Account Creation

To use PhraseFlow, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to maintain the security of your account and not share access credentials.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Use the service to transmit spam or harmful content
• Reverse engineer or copy the service
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission

Pricing and Payment

Free Tier

PhraseFlow offers a free tier with limited features and usage quotas. We reserve the right to modify free tier limits with notice.

Paid Plans

Paid subscription terms:

• Billed monthly or annually in advance
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• No refunds for partial months
• Price changes with 30 days notice

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation.

Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of all translation content you upload. By using PhraseFlow, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the service.

Our Platform

PhraseFlow, its logo, and all related intellectual property are owned by us. You may not use our branding without written permission.

Service Level and Uptime

We strive to maintain:

• 99.9% uptime SLA for paid plans
• Regular backups of your data
• Reasonable response times for support

However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for downtime due to maintenance, third-party failures, or force majeure events.

AI-Generated Translations

AI-powered translations are provided "as-is" and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all translations before using them in production. We are not liable for inaccuracies in AI-generated content.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months
• We provide the service "as-is" without warranties
• You use the service at your own risk

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PhraseFlow harmless from any claims arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your payment fails repeatedly
• We're required to by law
• You engage in fraudulent activity

Upon termination, you'll lose access to your account and data after 30 days.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
